This course is a fantastic introduction to kayaking. Learn basic kayaking skills from a qualified instructor and enjoy a paddle on the beautiful Port Hacking waterway. Topics covered include: basic paddling techniques, weather considerations, safety on the water and choosing the right kayak for you.

Pre-requisites: no previous paddling experience is necessary however all participants should be competent swimmers and reasonably fit
Duration: 3.5 hours

Cost: $88 (no extra charge for gear hire)

Course Dates: This course runs regularly. Please give us a call for upcoming dates

Intermediate and advanced kayaking skill sessions can be booked in on a day and time to suit you. We generally run these as a one on one session so that the program can be delivered to suit your level of skill. This is a great choice if you already have some paddling experience or have completed our Introduction to Kayaking Course and you want to learn more and perfect your style.

Pre-requisites: Participants should possess good paddling skills or should have completed the Introduction to Kayaking Course, be competent swimmers and reasonably fit

Cost: $65/hr (min 2 hours) - no extra charge for gear hire

Locations: Bundeena and other locations by arrangement

Dates: can be run on day and time to suit you

Assessment Cost: $220/course (includes gear hire)               

AC Certification: $190 (approx.)

Course Duration: Each course runs for a full day and assessment runs over 1 day

Dates: Courses are run on weekdays (or weekends for groups of 3 or more people)
